Coach Tom Chea built Peak Performance around one idea: training should actually carry over to sport and real life. His coaching roots started in Sport Taekwondo and evolved into full-spectrum strength and conditioning—then into what he’s known for today: developing speed, strength, and agility for athletes across all sports.
Over the years, Tom has worked with athletes connected to programs like the Boston Bruins, Providence Bruins, Bryant University (D1 Soccer), Wake Forest Baseball, and multiple Rhode Island high school teams.
He’s also been recognized as USA Taekwondo Coach of the Year, and his FitLight-based reaction training has drawn athletes from outside the area—especially athletes preparing for high-level competition.

$50 refundable deposit to hold your spot — refunded when you show up (whether you join or not). No-shows forfeit the deposit.
